Role Statement :
Build credibility & trust about the BNK group during the initial client meetings.
Conceptualize & develop designs understanding clients’ liking, preferences & requirements, by adhering to the budgets & timelines of the projects.
Qualifications :
Must have overall 12 to 15 years experience and least 8 to 10 years experience in Residential projects
Design Management and Branding Skills Experience
Responsibilities :
Design Development & Conceptualization
Collaborate with the clients to understand their requirements & preferences.
Develop concepts & designs that fulfill the clients’ expectations & appeal to them.
Create presentations, mood-boards & conduct the presentations to the clients.
Seek clients’ acceptance & approval on the design.
Define the standard design formats & ensure implementation of the same.
Coordination
Allocate the team to designated project.
Share the concept & design with the design team & orient the Director – Contracts on the same.
Ensure that the drawings released for execution are as per the design intent.
Go for material & bought-out items selection with the clients for critical items impacting the look & feel.
Leading the Team
Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the design team.
Mentor the team of Sr. Associates and help them to improve their technical knowledge & design skills.
Ensure knowledge transfer from the design team to the contracts team.
Screen & select suitable candidates for new / replacement positions by ascertaining quality hiring.
Developmental Avenues
Work closely with the Contracts team to carry out value engineering for improving the design and cost effectiveness.
Research and evaluate new products and solutions that can enhance quality, be cost-optimizing and sustainable.
Stay abreast with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices. Continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.
