Designation - Sr. Officer - Planning

Location - Andheri, Mumbai

The position holder will be responsible for following function : Distribution planning, demand, forecast, procurement, Depot Inventory Management, Support to Logistics team for smooth supply, Support to sales team to achieve the Targets. Responsible for handling the inventory management, order placement & maintaining healthy supplier coordination to assist achieve the sales in the Middle east market.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB

1.) Inventory Management

Responsible for health of inventory at Mother warehouse.

2.) Sales coordination

Provide data & assist sales team in generating for past sales analysis & future sales forecast.

3.) Order Management & Procurement

Order calculation & generation based on inventory norms.

Order Placement to various suppliers & follow-up

Follow-up & confirmation of shipping documents.

4.) Third Party Logistics

Pre alert shipment documents.

Advance shipping note preparation

5.) MIS

Maintaining updated MIS.

Create MIS & department reports as per management request.
