Job Opening : Agency Development Manager Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Location : Agra, Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Varanasi, Ghaziabad
Salary : Up to 3.9 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives (As per industry standards)
Experience : Minimum 4 years in sales
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets Through :
- Recruiting and onboarding agents.
- Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
- Supervising the activity plans of all agents to ensure target achievement.
- Performance Management :
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
- Update the Sales Management System with performance data.
- Agent Engagement :
- Promote and motivate agents for the Career Progression Program to encourage them to join the organization.
- Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal CRM for effective customer management and cross-selling of products.
