Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our client's team with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Airways domain, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from gathering and documenting requirements to supporting the development team and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Analysis & Documentation :

  • Analyze, prepare, draft, and review detailed business requirements and specifications.
  • Liaise with business users and product owners to study existing processes, analyze requirements, and propose process improvements.
  • Function as a Data Scrum Master to ensure data-related requirements are well-defined and executed.

Agile and Scrum Methodology :

  • Actively participate in all phases of the Agile / Scrum project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team.

    • Development Team Support :

  • Onboard the development team on new requirements, ensuring a clear and shared understanding of the functionality to be implemented, thereby preventing gaps in delivery.

    • Testing and Quality Assurance :

  • Prepare comprehensive use cases and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business users.
  • Support the UAT process to ensure the final product meets the specified requirements.

    • Qualifications :

    Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

    Domain Knowledge : Strong experience and expertise within the Airways domain.

    Methodology : Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.

    Skills :

  • Exceptional analytical and process mapping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in drafting detailed requirements, use cases, and test cases.
