Role & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC using Agile and hybrid methodologies.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources.Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and drive stakeholder communication.Ensure quality standards, compliance, and business value realization, taking full ownership of project outcomes.Candidate requirements :
8–10 years of experience managing software projects and leading technical teams.PMP or PRINCE2 certified with strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Power Platform) and proficiency in project planning / tracking tools (MS Project, Jira).Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and team leadership.Experience in proposal creation, effort estimation, risk management, and resource allocation.Exposure to AI / ML, RPA, analytics platforms, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom-built platforms) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Selection process :
