Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead diverse software development projects.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Create and manage detailed project documentation (project plans, schedules, status reports, etc.
• Ensure adherence to agile / scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee software quality by collaborating with QA teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Track project performance and KPIs; use data to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
