Design Process & Functional Expertise :
- Understand and analyse detailed design processes from conceptual design to sanction drawing requirements, bill of quantities, and GFC issuance .
- Co-develop and standardize templates, workflows, and checklists for design and review processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives incorporating industry best practices.
BIM Tool Implementation & Management :
Lead BIM implementation efforts including configuration of design collaboration and document management modules.Manage BIM standards, templates, folder structures , and access control permissions.Ensure accurate integration / linkage of BIM models with item master data and ERP (SAP) systems.Coordinate with BIM service providers, ERP teams, and implementation partners.Support testing, user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting during BIM tool rollout.Business Intelligence & Analytics :
Collaborate in designing and implementing BI dashboards and KPIs for tracking design function performance.Analyse project data using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), generate actionable insights, and drive adoption among stakeholders.Monitor project progress and performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.User Enablement & Change Management :
Conduct workshops and training sessions for project teams, architects, consultants, and contractors on design workflows and BIM tool functionalities.Gather user feedback, provide ongoing support, and refine tools and processes during scale-up phases.Track user engagement and adoption metrics, implementing interventions to drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Coordination :
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and technology partners.Report on tool rollout status, user adoption, and project milestones.Resolve operational issues, escalate technical bugs, and ensure timely closure.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management , or related field.5–10 years' experience in design functions within real estate, infrastructure, or construction domains.Proven experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and business intelligence tools ( Power BI, Tableau ).Hands-on experience with ERP systems integration (preferably SAP) and analytics / reporting solution rollout.Strong skills in process design, functional analysis, tool configuration, and user training.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.Agile, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvementShow more
