Management Trainee

Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Develop strategies to attract and engage prospective clients, and contribute to the pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth. This will involve understanding market trends, analyzing customer needs, and participating in outreach activities to establish initial contact with potential clients.

Cross-Functional Exposure :

Collaborate with different departments, including but not limited to marketing, finance, operations, and human resources, to develop a well-rounded skill set.

Project Management :

Work on assigned projects to enhance problem-solving and project management skills while contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.

Learning and Development :

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster continuous learning and skill development.

Collaboration :
