Role Overview :

We are hiring high-potential engineering graduates from premier institutes (IITs / NITs / BITS) with specializations in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

(Batch of

2024 / 2025 ). This role is designed for individuals who aspire to fast-track their careers into future leadership positions by gaining deep cross-functional exposure in a structured yet fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on

strategic projects ,

operational improvements , and

process excellence

initiatives.

Analyze

business operations ,

market trends , and

engineering data

to drive efficiency and innovation.

Support and lead

process optimization ,

cost-reduction programs , and

supply chain improvements .

Contribute to projects across functions such as

operations ,

quality ,

production ,

strategy , and

business development .

Engage with teams in

engineering ,

manufacturing , and

finance

to ensure alignment between business strategy and execution.

Develop and present

analytical reports ,

dashboards , and

presentations

to senior leadership.

Take ownership of project outcomes in

on-ground execution environments .

Eligibility & Desired Profile :

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

(from IITs / NITs / BITS or other top-tier institutes)

Graduation year : 2024 or 2025

Strong problem-solving ability with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI / Tableau is a plus.

Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-performance environment.

Open to relocation or working on-site in

Chandigarh

or other

project-based locations .
