About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with strong technical skills in Python and SQL and hands-on experience managing web scraping and data extraction projects. The candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

Oversee end-to-end scraping projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts to align tasks with project timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

2. Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure expectations are met.

Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Technical Involvement

Understand scraping frameworks, data extraction techniques, and workflows.

Use Python and SQL for data validation, analysis, and reporting.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the team.

4. People & Process Management

Manage team members, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Promote a collaborative and flexible work environment while handling pressure situations effectively.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Draft clear, concise, and professional internal and client communications.

Prepare project status reports, escalation notes, and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL.

Basic knowledge of web scraping tools, APIs, and data pipelines.

Excellent email drafting and written communication skills.

Strong verbal communication and client management abilities.

Proven people management and team coordination experience.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the web scraping / data extraction industry.

Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Familiarity with dashboards and real-time monitoring tools.
