Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers effectively to drive sales.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Philips products and stay updated on new offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is well-organized and appealing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer feedback records.
Skills and Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in consumer electronics or premium brands.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about Philips products and innovations.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Hiring Locations :
