Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
- Process bookings and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Assist clients in visa applications and travel insurance options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and industry developments.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and packages.
Skills and Qualifications
