Job Title : Team Lead – Domestic Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Domestic Recruitment to lead our in-house recruitment team in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT domains , proven leadership ability, and a passion for building high-performing recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across diverse functional areas.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to domestic (India-based) hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) roles.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Monitor team performance metrics (TAT, quality of hire, closure ratio, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, and data confidentiality norms.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sourcing and interview skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM preferred).6–10 years of total experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership / team lead role .Proven track record in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries.Strong understanding of domestic recruitment practices and employment trends in India.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient with ATS tools, job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), and MS Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.Key Skills
