Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and validate

candidates for

client Healthcare roles

across U.S. Geography.

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for contract, W2, and full-time positions

Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets

Utilize

LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms

, and other sourcing tools effectively

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 4-6 years of experience

in U.S. Healthcare recruitment

Proven success in placing candidates across

contract, W2, and full-time roles

Strong understanding of

U.S. work visa categories.

Expertise in recruiting across specialized Healthcare Domain

Proficiency in

LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems

, and sourcing strategies

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Educational Background :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

relevant field

Medical education that supports deeper understanding of Healthcare roles and terminology
