We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Pre-Sales Manager to join our IT Infrastructure Managed Services team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT service delivery, technical solutioning, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stay updated on market trends and technology advancements in IT Services
• Repackage and enhance current service offerings to improve market reach
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer pain points and propose viable solutions
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate and compelling proposals
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored IT service solutions
• Participate in client discussions to clarify RFP details and finalize technical designs
• Create winning proposals in coordination with sales and delivery teams
• Develop and deliver presentations that support business development initiatives
• Support account mining and cross-selling opportunities by showcasing relevant capabilities
• Build sales collateral, case studies, and whitepapers to demonstrate technical expertise
• Engage strategically with OEMs and automation partners
• Apply knowledge of service delivery frameworks, tools, and automation technologies
• Conduct Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) as part of proposal development
• Practice consultative and strategic selling techniques to drive business outcomes
