About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Pre-Sales Manager to join our IT Infrastructure Managed Services team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT service delivery, technical solutioning, and customer engagement.
You will work closely with sales and delivery teams to create compelling, cost-effective service solutions that address client needs and win new business. If you are passionate about technology, driven by innovation, and skilled in building impactful IT service proposals—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Stay updated on market trends and technology advancements in IT Services
- Repackage and enhance current service offerings to improve market reach
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer pain points and propose viable solutions
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate and compelling proposals
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored IT service solutions
- Participate in client discussions to clarify RFP details and finalize technical designs
- Create winning proposals in coordination with sales and delivery teams
- Develop and deliver presentations that support business development initiatives
- Support account mining and cross-selling opportunities by showcasing relevant capabilities
- Build sales collateral, case studies, and whitepapers to demonstrate technical expertise
- Engage strategically with OEMs and automation partners
- Apply knowledge of service delivery frameworks, tools, and automation technologies
- Conduct Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) as part of proposal development
- Practice consultative and strategic selling techniques to drive business outcomes
Required Skills & Experience :
8 to 16 years of experience in pre-sales or solutioning roles within IT infrastructure managed servicesStrong understanding of service delivery models and IT operationsHands-on experience responding to RFPs and RFIsFamiliarity with tools and automation technologiesProven experience with customer-facing solution development and proposal creationAbility to conduct Cost Benefit Analysis and align technical solutions with business outcomesProficiency in crafting persuasive presentations, case studies, and technical documentationExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsEducational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field (preferred)MBA or Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
