Location : Mumbai
Experience : 2–4 years in HR coordination / Executive Assistant roles
- preferably in an Architectural / Design Firm
Education : Graduate in HR, Communications, Business Admin, or similar
Interior Design Operational Knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of coordination for team tasks, meetings, and deliverablesHandle recruitment coordination (job postings, candidate screening, follow-ups)Maintain contracts, NDAs, HR files, and onboarding kitsPrepare daily / weekly task trackers and team update reportsSchedule meetings and support founders in project planningEnsure team punctuality, communication, and output trackingCoordinate between designers, site engineers, and vendors on deliverables✅ Required :
Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic project tracking toolsClear understanding of team workflows in a creative / studio environmentFluent spoken and written EnglishHighly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
