Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Engineer – Site Coordinator, located in Delhi, India. The Architect Engineer – Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, coordinating with contractors and construction teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. The role involves collaboration and communication with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Civil Engineering

Strong skills in Project Management and Construction

Coordination

Software Proficiency

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (Intermediate), V-Ray / Enscape

Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office Suite

Other Requirements

Min 5 years of relevant experience in land development and construction project management

Experience of coordinating with civil contractors, electrical and plumbing vendors

Experience in handling vendors, manage site execution, material selection

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

Relevant certification and licensure in architecture or engineering is a plus
