Role Description :

We are looking for talented and detail-oriented Architects to join our team for our developer’s office projects. The role involves end-to-end involvement from design concepts to execution, ensuring high-quality architectural outputs that align with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for office and real estate projects.

Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee on-site execution and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and technical documents.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Skill Set Required :

Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site execution.

Creative design thinking with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
