Jr. Architect

Job Summary :

Responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects from concept through execution.

Job Description :

• Lead design ideation and development in residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, and coordination sets for construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with UDCPR and other local building regulations.

Required Education :

Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch), COA Registration preferred.

Skills :

Strong design thinking, project coordination, knowledge of local development control rules

Software Skills :

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop

Salary Range :

INR 25,000 - INR 50,000 per month
