Assistant Manager Finance - DelhiJob Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to join our finance team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global E-commerce gifting brand that operates across 8+ countries. With a strong online presence and innovative approach, the company has expanded its footprint in over 8 global markets, becoming a trusted name in the luxury and personalized gifting space.Roles & Responsibilities : Accounting & Reporting : Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.Compliance & Taxation : Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and assist with filing requirements.Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.Cash Flow & Treasury Management : Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.Process Improvement & Systems : Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.Role Requirements : CA-Inter / MBA Finance2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce / Retail / Consumer Goods preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.Hands-on experience with ERP / Accounting software and MS Excel.Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environmentWork Schedule : Monday – FridaySalary : Competitive (Based on experience)Contact Details : For more details on this vacancy, contact us at is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
