Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Finance, located in Noida. The Deputy Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgeting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. The role involves managing taxation activities, conducting cost analyses, liaising with auditors, and developing financial models. Regular collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Financial Reporting skills
• Knowledge of Regulatory and Accounting Standards, Taxation, Compliance skills
• Experience with Cost Analysis, Financial Modeling, Managing Audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
