About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring maximum ROI while driving measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram).

Optimize campaigns daily for

ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions .

Conduct A / B tests on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.

Monitor analytics and prepare performance dashboards / reports.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads.

Strong knowledge of campaign setup, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and pixel / tracking implementation.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio .

Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client discussions.
