We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Global Social Media Paid Manager to lead and optimize paid social media campaigns across a global scale. This is a crucial role for a professional with extensive experience in B2B social media advertising , particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta . You will be responsible for managing substantial budgets, optimizing campaigns for performance, leading a team, and interacting directly with international clients to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize global paid social media campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) platforms.
- Manage and distribute substantial advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI across various campaigns.
- Utilize social media management platforms and project management tools like Jira or Workfront to ensure efficient campaign execution and workflow.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and campaign guidelines.
- Conduct in-depth social media analytics to track campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and implement continuous optimization strategies.
- Lead and manage a team , providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Engage directly with international B2B clients to understand their objectives, present results, and build strong relationships.
- Implement social listening and monitoring strategies to inform content and campaign adjustments.
Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in paid social media campaign management .Proven expertise in running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) .Strong background in B2B social media paid advertising .Proficient in social media management tools.Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Workfront .Demonstrated ability to follow and maintain SLAs and campaign guidelines .Advanced skills in social media analytics and campaign optimization .Experience with budget distribution for large-scale advertising initiatives.Proven track record of client interaction and relationship management, particularly with international clients.Experience in team handling and leadership.Familiarity with social listening and monitoring techniques.Skills Required
