About the Role :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO / KPO team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, process data, and ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism in every task.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with their queries or service requests.
- Manage customer interactions effectively while maintaining service quality and response time.
- Perform back-office tasks such as data processing, documentation, and reporting for voice process).
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates and freshers welcome).0–2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, customer service, or related roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
