Remote - 40 hours per week

Salary : 8000 rupees per week

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Simpled. This role can be based in India. Remote work is possible and the schedule is 40 hours per week.

Simpled is a UK based company running operations from our office in Morocco. Your main responsibility will be to go through our CRM, shortlist candidates, and interview them to confirm they are good profiles for our team in Tangier.

You will be hiring for a wide range of roles. Office roles include salespeople, content creators, studio managers, operations assistants, operations managers, and management positions. Field roles include labourers, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, handymen, multi-traders and more.

The ideal candidate must be patient, organised, and confident in speaking with applicants. You will review all applications, reject those who are not a fit, and book quick screening calls with the ones who match our criteria. If they pass the screening, you will book them for an in person trial in the office.

Excellent English is required for this role.
