OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Specialist is actively involved in sourcing of DataForce candidates for a variety of projects and programs. This role is responsible for identifying and reaching out to appropriate audiences, advertising openings, and onboarding resources.
Responsibilities :
- Source (recruit, screen, interview, and qualify) candidates for various projects and programs
- Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies
- Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the interest in our openings
- Represent the company in job fairs and other events beneficial for sourcing activities
- Identify the most effective advertisement channels for a variety of projects and programs
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Track and report recruitment KPIs
- Search for and find new and innovative ways to source candidates
- Build sourcing reports for internal and external customers
- Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration, and add value for customers
