Application Development Associate Advisor

Position Overview

This role involves hands-on software development and support for Cigna's Reinsurance business, focusing on data management, reporting, and financial modeling. You'll be part of a of a diverse cross-functional IT team and work across on-premises and AWS cloud platforms, supporting complex data pipelines, application logic, and large-scale compute modeling. Direct collaboration with business and IT partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Maintain and enhance existing software for functionality and compatibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Engage in web development, database design, API development, and cloud integration.
