Technical Writer - Software Documentation

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Writer with at least 2 years of experience in developer documentation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can quickly learn new software, manage documentation projects, and create high-quality, user-friendly content. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our users have the information they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Creation & Maintenance : You'll be responsible for creating a variety of technical content, including FAQs, TechNotes, videos, and help updates. This involves attending product demos, learning new software, and documenting new features and workflows.
• User Feedback & Optimization : You'll curate user feedback to identify top issues and create targeted content. You will also assess the performance of existing content, optimize high-priority information, and make recommendations for archival to keep our documentation relevant.
• Project Management & Collaboration : You will lead documentation projects, work within aggressive deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a team. You will also provide editorial and technical review support to other writers and help manage community participation programs.
