Job descriptionDefine target audience, outline manuals, and write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to the company's writing style guidelines. Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews. Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation with a high focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability. Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with SMEs Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality. Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates. Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving the customer experience (UX). Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents. Coordinate with onsite trainers for the required document deliverables. Proven English writing skills Knowledge of MSTP is required. Exposure to familiarity with programming languages is not required but will be a plus. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment. Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills. Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Visio.
