Position : Modern Trade & Quick Commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Modern Trade & Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong visibility & placement of Manpasand products.
- Handle key account management with top modern trade retailers and online partners.
- Plan and implement promotional activities and consumer offers.
- Analyze category performance, sales data, and market trends to drive growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, marketing, and operations alignment.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.3–6 years of experience in Modern Trade / Quick Commerce / FMCG Sales.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Prior experience with food, beverage, or FMCG brands preferred.✨ What We Offer :
