Job description
- To understand and communicate business plans for the account to the team members
- To align, track and monitor implementation of organization initiatives periodically, such as Quality, Customer Satisfaction initiatives etc.

- Overall responsibility for contributing to and implementing the strategy at the account level

Contribute to the development and implement the strategic road map for business growth by maintaining relationships with key influencers at customer end, coordinating for implementation of actions in order to achieve stretch sales and accelerated growth objectives in Strategic AccountTo represent customer trends and preferences of the customers in the zone and track actions to achieve high levels of customer satisfactionSkills Required
