Job Summary :
Responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations for agency and corporate sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Looking for Navitaire expertise.
- Manage Payout related queries for Agencies.
- Manage Corporate offer depository.
- Maintain / Manage / Upload / Update all corporate and agency related data.
- Co-ordinating with internal departments to reduce turnaround time.
- Creating and maintaining corporate & agency contracts
- Responsible for maintaining Corporate / Agency revenue ancillary reports.
- Responsible for handling escalations from the trade.
- Responsible for handling Agency / Corporate liaison
- All other sales support related requirements
- Assisting internal and external teams with reports.
- Assisting in internal projects as assigned by supervisor
- Responsible for managing Application program interface and Travel agency portal queries.
- Responsible for handling agent related queries
Required Skills & Experience :
4 years of experience in sales operationsHave knowledge of working on Navitaire or any other sales applicationGood to have :
Well versed with Advance Excel and preparing and reporting dataFamiliarity of aviation industry requirementsEducational Qualification :
Bachelors or masters degree in any disciplineLocation : Mumbai Corporate Office
