Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Senior Purchasing Engineer. The Senior Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and planning purchases efficiently. The role includes analyzing procurement data, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. The Senior Purchasing Engineer will also collaborate with various departments to meet the company's procurement needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
• Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is benefit
• Knowledge of industrial equipment (EOT Cranes) and machinery procurement is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 5-7years experience in Crane Industry
