About the Role - Founder's Office
We’re hiring for a
Founder’s Office
role — a full-time, on-site position in
Indore , with a minimum
2-year commitment . You’ll work directly with the founder, driving execution, aligning teams, and helping the company scale faster and smarter.
Plan & Execute :
Drive daily plans, weekly agendas, and monthly goals for the founder and the company.
Manage Communication :
Handle the founder’s emails, calls, and messages; schedule meetings and ensure timely, effective responses.
Oversee Finance, HR & Admin :
Broadly oversee Finance, HR, and Admin functions to ensure smooth execution. Manage hiring, payroll, and team bonding (HR); office essentials and logistics (Admin); and both personal and company finances including bank transactions, CA / CS coordination, and follow-ups on pending invoice payments (Finance).
Vendor & External Coordination :
Maintain vendor records, ensure timely payments, and manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Personal & Agency Branding :
Manage the founder’s and agency’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and ad platforms. Plan and coordinate monthly shoots — including locations, logistics, and itineraries — and ensure all brand and marketing activities are executed on time.
Team Coordination :
Act as the link between departments like design, content, and video; track progress and keep the founder updated on key actions.
Process Management :
Ensure all company systems, sheets, and routines set by the founder are followed effectively in coordination with HR and other teams.
Client Escalation & Resolution :
While the operations team handles day-to-day client communication, act as the go-to person for any escalations or issues that need the founder’s involvement. Ensure every client concern is resolved quickly and professionally.
Founder Representation :
Attend meetings on behalf of the founder, consolidate updates, and ensure smooth follow-through on all key points.
Travel & Networking :
Accompany or represent the founder at client visits, marketing events, or networking sessions when needed.
