SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant (Hybrid : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support for the Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
• Conduct requirement workshops , analyze current performance processes, and recommend system-based solutions.
• Configure Goal Plans , Performance Templates , Competency Frameworks , and Calibration Settings .
• Manage goal alignment , goal libraries , and cascading goals .
• Integrate PMGM module with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Develop and execute test scripts , perform UAT , and handle post-go-live support and maintenance .
• Customize form templates , rating scales , and route maps as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize the performance review cycle and goal-setting process .
• Support release management , testing, and deployment of quarterly SuccessFactors updates.
• Prepare functional specifications , configuration workbooks , and training materials .
