Role : SuccessFactors Employee Central
Exp Range : 5-10 years
Location : Pan India
Required skills and experience :
- Minimum 5+ years hands on experience in EC module
- Strong expertise in EC data models, business rules, workflow configuration, picklists, RBP, Manage data, organizational structure, workflows
- Hands on experience with MDF Objects, position management, Job Relationships.
- Knowledge of EC Time Off is added advantage
- Experience with RBP
- Understanding of EC integration touch points
- Understanding of GDPR compliance
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
