- We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Head Digital to lead the growth strategy for our digital services vertical. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving digital revenue, building client relationships, and scaling up new business Strategic Growth : Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the digital services portfolio across multiple sectors (e.g., digital marketing, performance marketing, web development, e-commerce, etc.).
- Client Acquisition : Identify new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Partnerships & Alliances : Build strategic alliances with digital agencies, tech providers, and platforms to enhance service offerings.
- Revenue Management : Own and deliver on revenue targets through new and existing client engagements.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of BD managers and digital account strategists.
- Proposal & Pitch Ownership : Oversee proposal writing, pricing strategies, and customized pitches in coordination with strategy, creative, and technical teams.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to inform business strategy.
- Client Engagement : Drive C-level relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and propose relevant digital Requirements :
- Proven experience (6+ years) in business development, preferably in digital services, digital transformation, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, automation tools, and digital strategy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong network of digital industry contacts is a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
