Job Title : SuccessFactors Consultant Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have EC (Employee Central) and Onboarding 2.0 certification, with a total of 7 years of overall experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules, specifically on Onboarding 2.0. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices for SuccessFactors implementation.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors modules.

Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SuccessFactors and related technologies.

Requirements :

EC (Employee Central) and Onboarding 2.0 certification is mandatory.

A minimum of 7 years of overall experience in SuccessFactors implementation and consulting.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
