Role Overview :
We're looking for a dynamic, growth-focused professional to support client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue enablement. This role blends prospecting, coordination, and strategic growth initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Growth Office.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting
Identify, prospect, and engage new clients across target sectors.
Qualify leads and initiate first-level conversations to build interest.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM for pipeline visibility.
2. Client Onboarding & Coordination
Support client onboarding documentation and internal coordination.
Ensure smooth handover to operations and finance for closure.
Assist in resolving pre-onboarding and billing-related queries.
3. Growth & Reporting
Track and report performance metrics linked to revenue activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute ideas for improving outreach, conversion, and process efficiency.
