Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record in IT services, particularly application services . The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience in international sales . This role requires cold calling, email campaigning, stakeholder management, and lead generation to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and convert leads for application services through international calls, cold outreach, and email campaigns .
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting global markets.
  • Drive B2B sales , focusing on client acquisition and retention .

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance .
  • Delegate tasks effectively, track team progress, and provide regular feedback to optimize results.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives , to understand client needs and present tailored solutions .
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach Campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance outreach and brand visibility.
  • Reporting & Sales Strategy

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and market trends .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives .
  • Key Requirements :

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in international sales , preferably in IT services or application services .
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and stakeholder management .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging international clients.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and guiding sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email campaigning platforms, and sales analytics tools .
  • Knowledge of IT services and application services is a plus.
