Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated STEM Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative STEM training programs that inspire students and foster a love for learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging STEM training programs for students of various age groups.
  • Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and community organizations to promote STEM education.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in STEM fields to incorporate into training programs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related field.
  • Strong understanding of STEM concepts and ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Experience with hands-on teaching methods and project-based learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and educators.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to different learning styles.
