Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling incoming feedback on the product information pages on SKF.com and turning this into insights and improved product information.
• Accountable for monitoring incoming requests via ServiceNow, KanBan planner, HotJar and similar tools and evaluate needs from customers.
• Interact with customers both directly and via SKF sales units worldwide.
• Drives continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes related to the work.
• You use customer experience data, direct feedback and reach out to users in order to develop customer obsessed information to drive sales of SKF products.
• We have a team of knowledgeable and experienced product information managers, processes and tools to support in doing the job.
• Together with a small high-performing team you are to realize the vision to 'offer relevant product information to enable the best customer experience'.
