We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely account recharges, assisting with cross-selling and up-selling of new products, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Connect with clients regularly regarding account renewals, recharges, and usage updates.
- Identify and assist in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for GreenAds Global’s messaging solutions (WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS, Voice).
- Handle customer queries promptly through calls, emails, or chat and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer data, recharge status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Educate customers about new features, pricing updates, and promotional offers.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales (experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or Telecom industry preferred).Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Tamil languages is an advantage).Ability to handle multiple client accounts with a positive and proactive attitude.Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.Organized, and team-player mindset
