Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.
Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution.
Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries eff ectively.
Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fi eld.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office.
Strong Excel skills (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Freshers with fluency in English are preferred.
Salary Range : 20000 to 35000
