Job descriptionExperience should include Salesforce implementation experience and not just maintenance projects. 2-3 Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant preferred). Should have BE, MCA, MCM, BCS educational background. Preferrable to have Healthcare experience but not mandatory. What You'll Do :
- We need Salesforce BAs with Salesforce implementation project experience.
- Lead requirements discussion with Business Stakeholders
- Conduct discovery sessions with client teams
- Guide Business Stakeholders on standard features of Salesforce
- Translate Business Requirements to Functional requirements
- Write detailed user stories
- Document process flows
- Work closely with technical architect to design the system
- Guide development team and make sure they understand business expectations
- Coordinate with business team on UAT and Go-Live
- Working experience on provider side like hospitals, clinic etc. will be a plus.
