Qualification : LL.B. (Specialization in Real Estate / Property Law)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead and manage all land acquisition, legal, and statutory approval processes for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across India .

The role involves complete end-to-end ownership — from land identification and validation to registration, documentation, and statutory clearances .

Key Responsibilities

A. Land & Legal Matters

• Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels and partners in multiple states.
• Conduct due diligence, title verification, and manage all registration processes.
• Draft and review sale deeds, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Handle land mutation, conversion, and land use change with government authorities.
• Manage land-related litigations, legal disputes, and documentation compliance.
