Job Description

• Offer expert legal advice and opinions on non-litigation matters to the management and various departments within the organization.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with housing finance laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the company's activities.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, vendors, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure that contracts are in line with the company's policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that the company's housing finance products and services comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Review marketing materials and customer-facing documents to confirm compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in resolving non-litigation disputes and customer complaints related to housing finance products and services.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the company's exposure.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring effective communication and efficient handling of legal matters.
• Conduct legal training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of legal issues and compliance requirements.
