Senior Risk Management Consultant (Apply in 3 Minutes)

About the role :

1. Role : Full time, permanent from Udbhata office at Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

2. Office timings : Monday to Friday, 930 am to 6pm, Support / facilitate mandatory 2-hour reflection / trainings on Saturdays.

3. Work type : Hybrid - Work from Office or Client’s place on required days. Travel between Bengaluru / Hyderabad may be required on regular basis.

4. Joining date : In a month's time, Nov 2025

Education and Work experience :

1. MBA or CA with 10-12 years of experience covering Risk Management and preferably BCM

2. Preferred Industry experience Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG and Technology.

3. Risk Practitioners or Consultants who have worked closely with Clients.

The role :

• Lead implementation of Risk management (ERM / BCM), both product and services, with support from team and guidance from SME or COO
• Work at client location (part time) on their projects / programs, and help address their core challenges while building the risk awareness culture (Note : this is not a full secondment role to client)
• Deploy and manage product implementations
• Conduct / facilitate Risk Management workshop / training

Since this is a start-up, there will be a multitude of responsibilities, and largely open-ended. As the processes get established, depending on the key strengths and interests, the mix of the above can change.
