Hiring for : A leading global AI & Analytics organization working with top Financial Institutions worldwide.

Role : Senior Consultant – Risk Analytics (Fraud & Disputes)

Experience : 9+ years in Risk Analytics / Fraud Analytics within BFSI domain

Location : Bengaluru / Mumbai / Gurugram / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days / week from office)

Reporting to : Engagement Manager / Senior Leadership

Salary : Based on fitment

Joining : Immediate to 30 days preferred

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead analytical solutions to tackle fraud, disputes, and risk challenges in banking and financial services.
  • Partner with clients to understand business problems and design data-driven strategies to mitigate fraud risks.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization to detect patterns and generate insights.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — scoping, delivery, client engagement, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Ops & Tech teams for fraud prevention strategy design.
  • Lead client conversations , create impact narratives, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Drive team management and coach analysts to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Support pre-sales activities, build innovative POVs, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements / Must-Haves

  • 9+ years of experience in Risk Analytics / Fraud Analytics in BFSI or FinTech.
  • Deep understanding of fraud detection, disputes & transaction risk flows.
  • Experience with Tableau / Power BI or similar tools for dashboards & reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in analytical solutioning.
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication & stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to international BFSI markets is a plus.
  • Open to hybrid work model (Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurugram).

  • Strong project & people management skills.
  • Experience in pre-sales / account growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in BFSI / Risk domain.
